Shipping Policy – Free Delivery Across Pakistan

MunafaExpress.pk is an online store serving customers across Pakistan. We want you to know exactly what happens after you place an order, so here is our shipping policy in plain words.

Delivery time

After you place an order we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp, usually within a few hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am – 10:00 pm). Confirmed orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered in 3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Remote towns and northern areas can take up to 7 working days. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Free delivery nationwide

Delivery is free on every order – the price you see on the product page is the full price you pay. There are no hidden courier charges or COD fees.

Cash on Delivery

Every order can be paid in cash to the courier rider when it arrives at your door. Please keep the exact amount ready. You do not need to create an account or pay anything in advance.

Order tracking

Once your parcel is booked with our courier partner, we send the tracking number to your WhatsApp or mobile number. You can also message us at any time for an update on your order.

Receiving your parcel

Please check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged before paying the rider. If the packaging is torn or the box is crushed, you may refuse the delivery and let us know – we will send a replacement. If you discover a problem after opening the parcel, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will sort it out under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Failed deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times and call you before each attempt. Please keep your phone reachable. If you need to change your address or delivery date, message us on WhatsApp before the parcel is dispatched.
