Refund & Returns Policy – 7-Day Returns

We want you to be happy with what you order from MunafaExpress.pk. If something is wrong, this policy explains exactly what you can expect.

7-day return window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel. The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging with all accessories.

Wrong, damaged or defective item – our mistake, our cost

If you received the wrong product, a damaged product or a product that does not work, send us a photo or short video within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pick-up or return label and send you a free replacement or a full refund – your choice. You pay nothing for the return shipping in this case.

Changed your mind

If the product is fine but you no longer want it, you can still return it within 7 days. In this case the return courier charge (usually PKR 200–250) is paid by the customer, and we refund the product price once the item reaches us and passes inspection.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of innerwear, socks and personal-care items once opened, perfumes that have been used, consumables, and any item that has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 317 6002477 or email support@munafaexpress.pk with your order number, the reason for the return and a photo of the item. We reply within one working day with the return instructions.

Refunds

Because our orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa to the account you give us. We process refunds within 7 working days after the returned item is received and checked. You will get a confirmation message when the refund has been sent.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched – just message or call us. Once the parcel is with the courier, please simply refuse the delivery and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.
